I HAVE AN OLD PROGRAM THAT NEEDS REPAIR AND CHANGES. IT IS WRITTEN IN PHP and very complex. It was initially written in INDIA BY COMPANY CALLED IDNS and is for management of properties (for Owners, Property Managers, and Management Companies.) It is a website used for renting of properties. It was sold to me with code, data and all.

It requires alot of work and need much repair. HERE IS THE WEBSITE : [login to view URL]\

I want to begin with a small project; ADD NEW USER and get the programmer to understand why this function is not working. AND FIX IT. Then add another project, then another project and continue until the website is clean !!!
