Develop a SaaS product for an expanding startup

We’re looking to build a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) type product within the construction industry. This software will service both homeowners and contractors. Requirement documents have been drafted (to be provided) and example wireframes are attached. Our existing website is built in Wordpress so we aren’t sure what integrations need to take place, but we’re willing to explore any and all potential opportunities. The end product will most likely be hosted by our current provider. Our minimal viable product (MVP) will consist of a simplified version of the SaaS product being offered via our website- with subsequent releases obviously including feature enhancements and added functionality. Our primary goal is to have iphone and android app (wireframed already) sync capabilities between the SaaS and our future mobile apps (so if you do app development as well all the better.) Our small team consists of a construction industry expert and a project manager with current software management experience.
