delivery scheduling php and unit test

each delivery job has 4 parameters:

. start time,

. end time,

. start Lat, Lon,

. end Lat, Lon

. messenger id

. messenger's speed

input is an array of the above jobs and a preset # of messengers ( 4 - 30 ).

Some of the jobs may already be assigned to the messenger.

The output should be an array sorted by start time of those jobs for each messenger - (i.e. 4 - 20 arrays).

php Unit test code specification to follow. Feel free to provide own description of test cases.

Thoroughly tested code is required.

Minimum unit tests:

4 drivers, 10 deliveries

4 drivers, 100 deliveries, 10 deliveries overlap in time

4 drivers, 100 deliveries, 11 deliveries pre-assigned

add mixture of the above.

In order to be considered show your knowledge of unit testing by specifying at least some asserts for the above and one additional test.
Describe the difference between tests and assert.
