I want to recreate an application for me. I don't have the source code, database connection, or access to server. I only have access to application administrator and user. It was built using PHP & MySQL with bootstrap, jquery, and easy chart.

It was basically a simple letter management software, the system should be able to dispatch letter based on organization, letter templates, attachment, and letter versioning. All website is in indonesian language. I can provide link and access for discussion for interested.

I want the code to be recreated using MongoDB database, with some additional features including export to Excel, and replace easychart to highchart.
