Convert Stored Procedure (Oracle to MySQL)

I need an Oracle stored procedure (PL/SQL) converted into a MySQL stored procedure. The Oracle procedure is not long at all, around 100 lines. It does a pivot. Basically I have data that looks like this...
TEMP-TABLE
------------------
JOE / 123 / AAA / 111
JOE / 123 / BBB / 222
And it converts it into this...
FINAL-TABLE
------------------
JOE / 123 / AAA / 111 / BBB / 222
That's an overly simplified version of what it does. In reality there are more columns and dups must be ignored, but I'm pretty sure it is your basic "pivot" concept. I cannot supply the data, only the Oracle code (which I know works). I just need it converted into MySQL. The end result must work on:
