I'm looking for an expert to design and build a responsive web-based cloud software application to be used as a 3rd party app with Instagram API access. The app will allow a user to register with an email and password and then connect their Instagram account and be able to use comment and like features on their own account plus provide some basic engagement statistics to start with. There will be 3 stages of development:

(a) Stage 1: build the prototype for testing in Sandbox mode to submit for Instagram approval (basic features) in a <2 week timeframe

(b) Stage 2: Once Instagram approval is received, complete a MVP within 2-3 weeks which can be monitized and includes a payments feature plus more features after Stage 1 approval from Instagram

(c) Stage 3: the Final product, which includes updated features from MVP feedback to be completed 1-2 months after the MVP.

The app must be able to be used on a mobile device. You must have experience in using Instagram API before applying and note your experience in your Proposal to be considered.

More details will follow upon signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
