First, you must be savvy with using a free MySQL client like "Sequel Pro", because full cPanel access will not be provided.

Our member site allows new users to sign up, and the credentials of their own displayed after they login.

But we want add MySQL database on-site to hold up all member credentials (email id, Name, login, password). Include field indicating whether member have activated their profile by email.

Next, we want a new site php page that retrieves public data records of all users from an external server's db and display them on that page, including their name (Sam) and login username (eg 10029, 10028) in a 3-column table format,1st column: No. Exclude private data like password and email id. All members will see this.

We want this page to be able to refresh to display the latest records of all members, in one page, with a url for users to get to after clicking on an insert button "Show All", from public_html/regpagetosipserver/page.php.

Finally, copy this whole subfolder regpagetosipserver from domain A to domain B and configure same MySQL DB there in domain B, so the Domain B could just emulate domain A.

I reiterate the 'MUST's:
You must be savvy with using a free MySQL client like "Sequel Pro", because full cPanel access will not be provided.

Secondly, you must have a static ip address for whitelisting to access the new DB created for you. Dynamic ips will not do in this project, because cPanel is not provided..
