3 projects in 1.

#1 basic username/login to create temporary password for inbound web users. Pages are setup using Dreamweaver MX with form fill areas and design defined. Will require selection of username & password as well as answer 2 additional questions of zip code and e-mail address. Validation code of e-mail will be required to activate account.

#2 More extensive 7-page submission form for Remodeling contractors of questions/answers built in Dreamweaver 4-5 questions per page but as the user starts like project #1, the submit buttons compiles the data gathered along the way and writes it against the record in case of a dropped user through the form itself so that we may contact them via e-mail or phone to complete.

#3 Different version of #1 for consumers to understand about their home needs. Could be as long as #2 but i not yet compiled/built.
