Transfer web pages from html to CMS

We are Looking for someone who can populate the pages from .html pages into a cms. Each page contains zip files and images to be uploaded along with the text.

We have already got a custom CMS so this project is not for building a CMS.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of HTML CSS & php

2. Every page need to be copied to the CMS

3. Knowledge of any CMS program is a must

4. Attention to Detail is a must because I don't want the pages to be messed up with different categories and products. All categories and products should go to their respective categories and products.

5. Also need to do a 301 redirect from the old url to the new url via .htaccess

6. There is a total of 176 pages to be transferred.

7. Need to create contact us form on the required pages.

8. All the Meta tags should be copied from the old url to the new url as well.
