Unique Password Generator for CD ROM

I want to create a CD ROM which, after recipient "A" pops into their CD ROM drive, they will have limited access to the CD (think 'lobby', as what you would expect if you entered the reception area of someone's office)

... then, if recipient "A" wants to view remaining contents of CD (go past the lobby into the 'back office') they will need to obtain a unique password specific to "A" (i.e by clicking on a URL address and obtaining it with a credit card ) (if you can, we need full funtionality developed here as well, if you can not, perhaps we can find someone at Elance)

Anyway, Recipient "A" is permitted to burn (make) a copy of that disk and pass along to recipient A.2, A.3, A.4 and so on ..., but the 'burned copies' can not be opened (other than the lobby portion) without first receiving a NEW password by means described above. In other words, recipient A.1 WILL NOT be able to access the 'backoffice' of CD using A's original password. They will need to get their own unique password.

To accomplish this, I'm thinking there will be a algorithm needed beginning with a unique characteristic associated with "A" after his password is created. And all subsequent password generations of "A" (A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4 etc) can be traced back to "A".

NOTE: We would love to hear inquiries from all serious parties who can assist us from in full implemention of our project, soup to nuts, from the design of the CD user interface (maybe some multimedia) to web site, to password generator ...

Thanks for your bid and I look forward to hearing what you "think is possible". BE not afraid to suggest a "BETTER" way to accomplish this as it very possible we are overlooking something obvious we just are not aware of.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
