**What I need done:**

I need a Client/Server Based Application Preferable designed in .net environement to manage PCs from a remote site, It is more desired that if someone has a ready application avaiable.

Bandwidth Monitoring

Printer Monitoring

Drive Access Blocking/Enabling (ex. C: )

Enabling/Disable Downloads

Enabling/Disable Hot-Keys

Enabling/Disable Control Panel

MSN Messenger Security

Enabling/Disabling Ports

Enabling/Disabling Internet Explorer Functions

Chat System

Shutdown All Computers

Reboot All Computers

Enabling/Disabling Buttons/Menus in Windows

(The Application must be in 2 modules 1] Server 2] Client, The Client modules must take a complete control over the PC, and the user should not be able to do anything except the funcationality given to him. viz.: Surf Internet, Email, VOIP, Word Processor...etc).. **Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:

** In terms of style, I want a very conservative look that will appeal to my clients who are typically remote PC management. It needs to be very simple and easy to use.

**Specific expertise that I am seeking:**

I am look for a Company/Person who has a ready application available on this line, as the delivery time shall be less then 2 days once the proposal is approved. One more thing the supplier has to give the source code with all the necessary utitlties and control used to built the application.

**Timeframe for delivery:**

I need to have this up and running within 2 day
