Big Project which requires the correct person as my new venture depends on the requests from myself and the skilled advice form the person carrying out the project making it work.

Requirements
Website - simple and easy to use but with a bit of wow
Logo- I have this but may need some tweaks
Database- huge part of project as this will be my engine.
You will advise me of what is the best source program to use [url removed, login to view] (I will require this on bidding so I can look up myself and understand what I am going to be using)
Website must be multi functioning, fully SEO enabled from start up. design will be advised by yourself but I have some ideas to. (I cannot give examples from other sites as this will be unique)
Will have registration forms (two or three)
Log in (two)
A payment system (to be discussed probably paypal)
Geo location (massively important to the whole function of site)
Guides button (supplied by me) and linked by you.

Other buttons to be discussed later but will require around eight to ten all linked.
RSS Feed
A rating system along the lines of paypal (star rated for five sections)
Section for advertising built in that will blend in with the website (discuss more later)
A board like ebay that people will list their wares on. This will be from a excel spreadsheet of columns that I will provide and like ebay you will go through a drop down list until all your requirements of item to be sold is listed.
For example first part mobile -drop down to what would come under mobile like iphone - 32gb - black - unlocked etc (not selling mobiles just an example)
The board must be separate from home page and can be accessed upon registration/log in only. (may change this rule but as it stands this is how it will be accessed.)
I have example of how simplistic i would like the board to be.
At the end of each description listed will be a button that can be clicked into and pulls up a form from database.
The people registered will have there own log in panel that they can see history, responses to posts etc and be able to upload photos to be sent and see photos sent to them. discuss more later but is vital operation can be done.
Database
The database will need to carry out the following functions with extra when we have agreed to work together.
Have a list of the items for sale to add to the board. (the excel sheet of all products will be supplied by me)
Grab all the registration details (in different parts)
Provide a unique reference to each registration.
When certain buttons are pressed this pulls up the correct pre filled form from the details registered in database. So in short the form will have most parts like name address unique ref number etc already filled in and not be able to change but other items on form can be. (discuss in depth at project awarded stage)

Will require a certain amount of reporting so need info stored to be able to be filtered and exported into excel.
other requirements
A ticker board when items are sold showing volume sold through site.
How many members are registered.
The payment section in database will need to be linked somehow so we know who has paid when to enable registration to continue or stop as this is a month by month payment process.
I have tried to add as much detail as possible for you to bid, as this is a new venture project award will require a non disclosure form filled in.
I would like only professional people skilled in the fields to undertake the work to bid, I always look at your feedback and what you have done previously. Any portfolio of this work undertaken will be greatly appreciated.
Again my whole venture depends upon this project being fully functioning so massive amounts of bug testing will be expected and full payment not released until I am happy.
