need a high quality, stylish website made by a professional

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE WITH ASP!!

I need a website designed for [url removed, login to view] website is fairly basic.

The website will have a heading/logo/banner at the top (which I am having made) and then will have an area of text/ writing about what the website does and then below that, search criteria’s. Also a results page for search results.

The websites function is to basically match people together using the most suitable/ similar matches of circumstances.

The user types in their details and then selects the order of which they want the criteria’s to search from most to least important.

One of the criteria’s is to search via the distance from a postcode. So say my postcode is 2145, and I select ‘25km’, the service would search for everyone within a 25km radius. Sites such as [url removed, login to view] have this service and it is very important. Someone told me it was an ASP search script.

I am Australian, if you cannot do the criteria outlined above please do not post, as it is extremely important. So having some knowledge of Australia would be a bonus.

The winner may be used in future projects if the quality of the website is impressive.

I want it to be elegant and friendly! Something fresh, inviting and very stylish!

I will give the full details of the website as well as rough mock ups to the winner once they have accepted the job.
