We are to create a video-sharing portal, and plan to create it basing on the Pligg open source.

Its functionalities are not complicated, yet we need them to be done fast, effective and delivered in great quality.

We need one to start working asap, as we want the project to be done by the 16th July (Wednesday). We consider the deadline ultimate. Therefore we seek great communication and full availability of the programmer.
