Web site for an children’s book publisher targeted at: teachers; parents; bookshops and kids. Primary content categories: catalogue (circa 200 titles); education channel; kids fun. All artwork (title images and assorted graphic files) supplied digitally. Content Management System backend, updateable by non-technical staff for all content (text, links and image) with a range of template/format options. Shopping cart process concluding with email order to customer services (not credit card transaction). Customer accounts with order history. Opt-in email newsletters. Anti-hacking security on shopping and registered customer details. See attachment for further detail on specification. Additionally, to help us better assess the match of your skills and experience with our particular needs, we would be grateful if you would complete the short questionnaire.

## Deliverables

Deliverables outlined as follows, with payments for each stage by instalment (to be agreed). Stage 1: Design Approved front-end web site design Stage 2: Web-Site Beta 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code supplied on CD-ROM or DVD and site documentation of all work done 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows - Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Stage 3: Testing and Fixing (outside of the deadline specified in this bid) 1) User/public testing of site for a period of 3 months. 2) Resolution of bugs identified by the Seller within 3 days of identification. 3) Complete and fully-functional revised working program(s) in executable form as well as complete revised source code supplied on CD-ROM or DVD and revised site documentation of all work done. 4) Sign-off
