Browser and dialer Customization

I need someone to customize IE or NS for an ISP. The dialder also need customerzation.

The customer software will be burned on CD with preset parameters like, phone number and mail server. The customer will input only their username and password.

The software package need to be flexxible enough for us to change parameters like mail server, and/or phone number, save, and then burn to CD.

Teh software need to be compatible with Windows 98 and above.

The dialer will portion will either be DUN that comes with Windows Already, or completely custom.

Next Phase of the project will be creating the same for MAC Os

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
