Website Template (Repost)

I am reposting this project since the original coder is not able to deliver. I require template pages developed for a website [url removed, login to view] What I need is: 1. A suitable logo 2. Attractive homepage with space for description and newly added ringtones. 3. Template pages to allow browsing of ringtones by topic and alphabetical. 4. A menu bar for links where I can add links to other pages I add. There are also have a no. of pages of ringtones I have that are not well-organized. These are to be sorted out alphabetically and we should have both Nokia Composer and Keypress format for each ringtone. I will provide you the software for the conversion.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
