Write some Software

I need some one familiar with C++ and qt to write a rich-text editor should use the latest free qt.

(i) the user can start typing anywhere in the page on mouse click (exactly like jave5 [url removed, login to view]) not

sequential.

(ii) multicolumn the user can choose to divide to as many columns as he likes, by default one column, in the same page the

user can shift between one column and multiple column interchangeably(he can choose column width in % of the page

width from 1% to 100% of the page).

(iii) the user can move chunks of text enclosed in a rectangle by dragging the mouse or at mouse click(like jave5)

(iv) the user can write around, an image on the 4 sides* or on the image and he can choose to leave the text and

the image separable or grouped i.e the text becomes part of the image if grouped. Writing on an image and the image

itself can be transparent or the user can determined the opacity level.

* on the 4 sides or on the image above means (i.e to say the image is enclosed by text) e.g if the image is in the middle

of the page and we are writing from left or right when the cursor detects it is one space from the image it should jump

one space after the image and continue to write on the same line to the end of line or at carriage return (enter) it

should return to the next line before the image or shape and so on, the user can choose the frame around the shape in

characters from 1 to n, by default one character.

(v) the user can rotate and or shrink or expand (enlarge) chunks of text, or image, or text and image enclosed in

a rectangle 360 degrees.

(vi) the user can write inside any shape regular or irregular or outside any shape regular or irregular

(the user should be able to draw shapes regular like ellipse, circle,... . Drawing is like open office you can draw

and write on the same area (i.e you can draw on text or write on a drawing try on text document View > Toolbars > Drawing)

It should be as clean as that.

(vii) the user can insert multiple images or text and have a marquee effect (creates a scrolling effect )

left, right, up,down , fading ,and bouncing. The user can insert image by image or multiple from a file or directory,

the text can be inserted from a text file or files or manually sentence or paragraph by paragraph

(viii) multilingual, it supports writing from left to right and from right to left it can detect the language

(it should accept languages which write from right to left like Arabic)

bid is in Australian dollar. Payment through Freelancer (if you have problems with Freelancer sort it out).

No direct payment under any circumstance or excuse.

I do not pay any extras (fees, exchange rate,...) only the agreed bid amount in Australian dollars.
