Integrate phpBB to my Community Portal

I currently have a community portal like MySpace that I has its own built-in forum. The forum is very limited and I wanted to have it replaced with the current version of phpBB2.
Attached with this bid is a php class that I found to help the bidder with this project with integration. You may or may not use it (your choice). It's a pretty simple project for someone who knows what they are doing. My budget is very limited, so the price really plays a factor in this bid.
In addition to the integration, I wanted to have my user's profile photo to be used as the default phpBB avatar. I also wanted to have the layout of the forum to match my current layout.

Here's another thing to help with the bidding and clarify misunderstandings:
My site now has a template, so it's basically an include into phpBB. You're welcome to see my template to help you with this bid. Someone able with this type of work should be able to figure this out pretty quickly.
Please check the site first before making assumptions. The portal also uses variables across the site, so passing user name is pretty simple to use with the avatar.

Additional information:
My site already has an overall header and footer tpl files and CSS file. The rest of the other templates can be from a free template that I can provide from the phpBB site to match my site.

It will cost more then 100 to do, because you want the forum themed to match site and add a cross site login. More like 250.
