A buddy of mine came to me this morning for some personal help that I couldn't refuse. However with my busy schedule of handling projects, I cannot do it myself. As such, I am looking for bids to carry out the following: Scenario ======== To build a Linux community in the local area. There are quite a number of Linux gurus locally but the local linux user group is inactive probably due to lack of participation.
