In general we would like to develop a web site that automates the manual process of a mortgage loan application. The interface would provide a step by step (tabs) progression for each form that needs to be completed. A pre-qualifier form would be provided prior to payment and registration for the service. Once the customer is registered the forms would be accessible through a password protected online account and user would be able complete the forms. Forms should allow customer can leave the application and return at a later time, starting where they left off in the process. Once the forms are completed a review of the forms will be performed and suggested changes will be provided to improve the users chance of approval. The final step is to provide a print-out or save option of a PDF or html printable document to be sent to the lender.

Requirements
• All input forms will be through an SSL session
• Develop Web portal UI dealing with mortgage loan documents as an on-line application.
o (Gather pre-qualifying information from user)
o (Provide spreadsheet-like summation at bottom of some pages)
o Approximate field count: 350 (i.e. name, address, expenses…)
o 6-7 forms
o 5-6 pages for web site (home, products, FAQs , about us, contact us, login)
• Calculate probability of the application being accepted by lenders.
o (Algorithm uses data entered by user in web form)
• Provide download and print capability for final application based on the input forms.
• Provide a shopping cart/store to handle sale of multiple services and products
(Currently less than 10 items or services). Provider to use shopping carts and
processors supported by hosting site (GoDaddy or Namecheap)?
• Provide secure tracking and storage of users and their data.
o (Allow customer to quit in the middle and return without losing their place)
o (Disallow customers to use their data if they are behind on payment plan)
o Provider to use DB software supported and provided by hosting site (GoDaddy or NameCheap).
