E-commerce Website for Commercial Printer

Need consulting help with e-commerce website for a commercial printing company. This company would like to give their customers the ability to order business cards, envelopes, brochures, ect online. That part is easy...just basic e-commerce.

They also need to give their users the ability to upload files associated with each order. And be able to give them proofs online and have them approve/reject their proofs.

Any suggestions on the easiest/cheapest way to get that done? We could buy a software package if necessary. Or if their is a homegrown solution, or open-source system, that would be great too.

Any fair bid will be considered. We would like to use you as the consultant/project manager on this job. We will do the coding and graphic design work. We will do the implementation. We are just not sure how to get started, and need some help.

We are on a Windows server with Access as the database. Would like to keep Access for now, but would be open to moving to SQL Server if necessary.

Word document with project recommendations. Credentials and links to example sites. We would be very, very impressed if you have already worked on another commercial printer website that is doing the same thing.

We would also like a rough timeline & cost estimate on how much you feel like the coding would cost. We are open to getting some help with the coding if necessary.
