I have a website ([[url removed, login to view]][1]) that consists of the homepage and one additional page: [[url removed, login to view]][2]

The essence: a girl that is secretly in love can enter her name and the name of the boy she is in love with and some extra info about the two. After that she presses 'Bereken' (calculate) and she gets a match-factor (between 0 and 10). 10 meaning they are a perfect match, 0 meaning they are not a match.

Right now it is a HTML-only website which should become a PHP website that stores (only) the names in a MySQL database.

In the homepage there are a few fields and a button 'Bereken' (calculate)

The PHP code should use the values of the fields (after translating to a numeric value, for instance: blauw=blue=2) and add all of them together and then use mod 10

This value should be used when showing the results page.

Addition 1: in the HTML there is now room for advertisements. I will provide you with advertisements (google adsense and others) to fill in the space that is now filled with 'fake advertisements'

Addition 2: in the results page there is a thermometer, this should show the value of the match factor

Addition 3: an extra field 'gender' (boy/girl) should be added

Addition 4: if the height of the boy is smaller than the height of the girl, the match factor can never be higher than 7
