We want a secure way of managing accounts as part of a website so that when people add money via paypal or whatever, 'money' (basically a field in a database) is added to their accounts and then when they take part in competitions etc. on the site, money is removed from their accounts.

Needs to be extremely secure, as any exploits would result in a loss of money for us. We want to see past examples of scripts that handle money securely. Preferably running on large active sites.

Time frame is not so important, we are not running against the clock. We are looking preferably for somebody who currently lives in the UK (regardless of home country).

After this initial job, we would hope that the freelancer would join us on a revenue share basis to continue further work.
