Modification of an existing custom Member Manager plugin.

The plugin uses a Join Form that saves the information submitted, and redirects to a PayPal account for payment.

The form must be modified to 1) remove the existing Membership Levels/Price field, 2) save submitted information, and then 3) redirect to an existing product page for payment.
