Web Site Link Development II

We are requesting bids for link development to our website. Candidate will email sites that are similar to ours asking for a link to our domain. We will provide an email account on our domain for you to mail from and the link text that is required to be listed on other sites. We are requesting 10 backlinks. The site pages that link back must be Page Rank 6 or above to qualify and must be in similar industry as our company (home improvement). Link may be from Non US sites, but must be from English sites.

Sites must not already link back to us. We reserve the right to reject any links that are not from relevant sites or do not fully display our link or link text. The back link must be straight html with no javascript redirects, etc.

If you find sites that will display a backlink for a nominal yearly fee we will also cosider those towards the quota as long as they meet the standards outlined above. We will review the link opportunity and pay the fee to the site directly if they meet our criteria.

## Deliverables

**Coder would provide list of pages from other domains that have added links to our site. Pay is based upon how many pages show our link. Links must be from quality, reputable sites. (No link farms, etc.) Sites must be unique and will be verified before acceptance.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
