This project is for the creation of a website that will assist real estate agents and real estate investors with negotiating short sales with banks. An agent/investor will come to the website, signup, select a monthly package, and be billed via PayPal. In return, they will have a specific number of short sale negotiations that will be handled for them each month. When the agent/investor wants a short sale to be negotiated with a bank, they will login using their email address and post the short sale. Each time they post a short sale, their monthly allotment of negotiations will go down by one until the following month when it is reset. The website will also provide users with the opportunity to make money with a separate affiliate program.
