Tutorial for Reading and Updating Active Directory using ADSI

Provide a tutorial to acquaint a user with visual basic and the ADSI interface to Active Directory. This tutorial, its copy, code, and images must be original -- do not provide text from msdn or any other source, this **must be original**. In its limited form this tutorial must show the user how to do the following.

Show your audience how to create these following items

1) Simple VB.Net web project section providing the following features

a) User authentication using ADSI

b) Search users and display address and phone numbers

2) Thick client (windows) VB.Net project section

a) Search for users and display results in grid

b) Simple interface to update the an active directory user's record. This interface must show how to update their address, **e-mail addresses (plural)** and their phone number.

Provide the tutorial in the following format

- Word document

- Inline screenshots and original images

- Code for .Net v 1.1.4

- Zip source files with all code from the solution

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
