PROJECT DESCRIPTION What we need: The main objective of the project is to build an “Informative?? Web site; E-learning, Members Club (Maintain Contact Directory, Events Calendar, Personal File, Forum etc.), Registration site (Credit Cards, Pay Pal and Bank Wire Transfer as additional payment option.), Marketplace (allowing the Members to post business Resumes, executive summaries and business concepts). We also require a Corporate Logo to be designed. We do have a Corporate name and a Domain name. We propose for the implementation of this Web site using [url removed, login to view] Server platform, Browser Types(s) / Version(s) to include - IE 7.0 / IE 6.0 / Firefox 3.0 / Firefox 2.0-2.x and Safari 41, also, the Web site shall include SSL shopping cart Security Certificate and user friendly Admin-controlled CSM capabilities. The Buyer shall provide all conceptual design template and color scheme in Power Point. Main Web site language shall be English, with Multi-language capabilities; Coder to design and develop CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for font face, color etc.; Web site to be designed so as to be set for (800x600 / 1024x768). ADMIN CMS INTERFACE PANEL This Admin Panel must be very secure and user friendly, so as to allow the Administrator full control to manage all site text and images, such as to Add/edit/delete; automatic archive (to build an info database); the ability to Print and send to friend, the ability to Add to Favorite; Search engine ??" text and logic (within our site); inventory management system. Further functionalities such as, Admin Login; Change Password; Maintain Category (add/edit); Maintain Sub-Category (add/edit); Product Management (add/edit); Order History; New Order Notification via Email; Allow Admin user to review past orders by date range and status; Payment History; Allow Admin user to query past payments by date range and status. SIDEBAR CATEGORIES: The Coder to provide within the Admin Interface some sort of system where we can edit our own sidebar, top-bar options via some easy interface. FONTS: We recommend using a more common font in this project, such as, Arial, Helvetia, and Verdana. SEO The Coder shall have expertise or access to SEO optimization as this is a requirement for this project. SPECIAL FEATURE This site must incorporate Excell type pages (spreadsheets) which will be provided by the Buyer; the Coder is required to implement them within the development so as to allow the User to work with the Spreadsheets, save the sheets to a created file which will be maintained within the User (Student/Member) Directory. Further information will be provided during the development stage. FURTHER REQUIREMENTS: The Code must be fully documented and goes through proper “Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)??, and in this process, you the Coder, should remove the bugs, remove the errors and provides us with best of working sites. You the Coder, further required to, upon completion of the development to upload the complete Web site, free of all bugs and errors, including all relevant modules onto a 3rd party hosting Server, to be provided by the Buyer, and to provide us, the Buyer with full set of Source Code, documentations and graphic related file. Timeframe: We would like something delivered within 4 weeks of provider selection.
