Create RSS Feeds

I need you to create a process in Classic ASP to take all the data in the MS Access database and dynamically create an xml file that will be used as an RSS feed.

Whenever the MS Access database is updated which will be regularly then the xml file also needs to be dynamically updated so as the rss feed is giving the most up to date information. The feeds will not be monitored by me so they must work in all situations.

## Deliverables

I have a website written in classic ASP that manages third party website details and stores them in an MS Access Database. These details are then available to other users as RSS feed.

I can get the third party website data from a basic form on a web page into the MS Access database however Im having problems getting it out and into an xml/RSS format. I think this is due to illegal characters being used on the input side which prevents the xml output. I am not an xml programmer so require assistance on this.

You are required to program the asp file in such a way that it will manage any character, white space, errors or situation to produce an operational xml file and RSS feed.
