i want to make a pcb that will get gps data and send to my server via tcp (or mqtt)

so i want to add there a chip that i can write a code like in arduino :

My suggestion is to use

1. esp8266 (or esp32) -( and then via tx rx to conntact the gps and data chip)

2. for GPS: gps neo m8n or 6m

3. for data connection sim8000

You can suggest me any other chip if you think we should use

5. also orientation ( so i can check if its upside down or up)
