Need help with VMWare Horizon and VMWare Unified Access Gateway.

I have deployed VMWare Horizon 7.12 internally for POC. Now I want to enable remote access through Unified Access Gateway. I have installed UAG but cannot get it connected to Horizon Connection Server. This might be a quick fix for someone with knowledge about Horizon and UAG. The certificate on Horizon Connection Server hasn't been changed. I have entered the proxy thumbprint as well in UAG, but no matter what I try, the Horizon Destination Server always stays red. It is pingable and resolved to correct IP in UAG.

Looking to resolve this right away. Please do not send copy-paste entries.
