I want a simple mobile app. similar to [login to view URL] (Not exactly, will have less features and few navigation).

-should be developed with ionic framework (ionic 2 & angular 2).

-Type one bet: users will place /create their bet and opponent can accept with Yes or No as in [login to view URL]

-Type two bet: I (platform owner) place several YES or No statements, allow users choose atleast more than one statement for their bet.

-all payment should come from platform wallet ( i.e users can transfer payment to eWallet and get paid from their wallet)

Note: Full payment implementation wont be part of this, For now! just a provision should be implemented.

Will share platform application flow later.
