I want to create an app just like UBER/GRAB. Not that advance but start with the basic functions and slowly upgrade.

Requirements.

- 2 android app, 1 for user & 1 for customer.

- 2 iOS app, 1 for user & 1 for customer.

- simple website to summarise what i have to offer

- an app & website that can be upgradeable for future improvement

Please also educate me the process of development. The update cost for app improvement. The days needed to complete.
