We need video player for android devices(android 2.x) including features as below :

- support video streaming with m3u8 playlist

- support mpegts format using H.264 video and mp3 audio

- require buffering via http download

- transcode video/audio and display(full screen) on android device

- video control interface with timeline bar, play/pause

It's possible to use ffmpeg for transcoding.(Dynamic linking is required to comply with its license terms)

Vplayer is an example of android player supporting http streaming.

- Our priority is to integrate this player into our app. To do this, encoders under GPL should be removed from ffmpeg and other open source code doesn't be used.

- Another option is available. We also consider independent player app if it's inevitable.

Portfolio is required. We need an EXPERIENCED Android developer to make this.

All code and comments must be in ENGLISH.
