H.264 codec for Android

We need a [url removed, login to view] codec, packed as a library, for Android apps, and a simple demo app for Android, which uses the codec. You can port ffmpeg, or do something else - whatever it is easier.

As a delivery, we will expect the library creating steps, codec code (if not ported), and very simple android demo app just to demonstrate the usage of the library. We will provide login data (url, login, password) to [url removed, login to view] stream. The app will be expected to connect and to show the video stream on the screen.

We will use this library in other Android project, so the demo app should only show/prove the usage of the codec. UI doesn't matter.

This will require usage of NDK.

You can take a look at ASee app, or vMEye app. Both provide simple interface and using a similar codec. (We don't need all the settings there - the demo app just should show the video with a hardcoded url
