Our church provides fresh vegetables and fruit to a very impoverished part of our community one day a month. In order to get food, all they do is provide their Name, email (if they have it), phone number, and address. We track by families: Adults and kids. Also, we track their attendance. I need a simple, but nice looking database that can do this for us. I'd eventually like to get it up to an online format of some sort.
