I need an expert to setup my existing server to support bulk emails.

I have 128 IP's and the server, need software installed to support bulk marketing.

Must setup MTA, all dns, such as spf, dkim, and all other bulk mail needs.

I already have Interspire setup on another server, these IP's need to be tunneled into that setup (other setups can be recommended).

Currently, mailing server has CentOS 6.0 64 bit, but little else.
