I am seeking an experienced business development professional to help me improve my service sales and reach my target market. This will involve designing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies with the end goal of increasing sales and overall profitability through our B2B arm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tele sales and business development with particular knowledge of the industry I operate in, aviation. The candidate should have an impressive portfolio which demonstrates successful sales and business development that have contributed to a business's growth. The role requires strong research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Along with my target market already identified, the business development specialist will be responsible for researching and developing innovative ways to bring my service to current and new aircraft operators in UK and Ireland. They should be knowledgeable in traditional and digital marketing and business development tools. This includes creating effective messages to captivate my target market, deliver campaigns through multiple channels, and measure the outcomes of the campaigns. To succeed in this role, the individual must possess a creative and pioneering spirit and great tele and email sales skills.
We are looking for a talented professional who can design, implement, and manage campaigns to increase sales, reach our target market and take a potential client from cold to closed on a written agreement.
