Hi, I would like to create a logo, brand badge, and stationary for a small commercial real estate business. Attached is some of my brainstorming. I would be fine with enhancing and formalizing the attached but I'm also open to creative ideas, especially around the "badge." Please provide a bid for 1) the Base Scope, and 2) a separate number for the Add/Alternate. Thanks!
