We are seeking a senior skill and consultancy of a brand designer to create a brand
identity for our company. This document outlines the project details.
Design Elements:
The brand design should include:
● Logo: Create a unique and memorable logo that represents the brand. We prefer
a Wordmark or Combination Logo in Arabic and English (We seek your
consultancy)
● Color Palette: Develop a cohesive color scheme that aligns with our brand
mission and evokes the desired emotions.
● Typography: Choose fonts that complement the brand's personality and are
legible in different contexts.
● Visual Elements: Consider incorporating relevant visual elements that enhance
the brand's identity.
● Brand Pattern: Create Unique pattern known to our brand.
We expect the brand to be used alongside with its pattern in the following ways:
● Cardboard Box Design for Packaging: Size 240*120*50 mm.
● Document letter.
● Watermarked logo Background Free: Simple black colored alternative design for
the agreed logo.
● E-Signature.
● Presentations.
○ Opening and Closing Slide.
○ Chapter/Section Slide.
○ Text Slide (slide header, and slide text)
● Social Media Posts Templates Such as (Advertisement banners):
○ Twitter profile picture size: 800 x 800 pixels
○ Twitter cover photo size: 1500 x 500 pixels
○ Instagram Story Post: 1080 x 1920 pixels, Aspect ratio: 9:16
○ Youtube Channel cover photo: 2560 x 1440 pixels
○ Twitter Image Size: 900 x 450 pixels
○ Snapchat Post Size: 1080 x 1920 pixels
Expected Outcomes:
We expect the brand designer to provide the following deliverables:
● 3 brand concepts.
● A finalized brand guideline includes:
○ A set of logo variations, including color and monochrome versions.
○ The finalized color palette with hex or RGB values.
○ Typography choices for headings, subheadings, and body text.
○ A brand style guide that outlines logo usage, color usage, typography
guidelines, and any other relevant design principles.
○ Various application examples of the brand in both offline and online, to
serve as a guide how the brand can be implemented and incorporated
alongside with its unique pattern for each application.
● Open source templates for the brand applications where possible.
● Open source format for the brand design and its assets.
Timeline:
With a deep appreciation for creativity, we believe in affording it the ample room it

and a timeline that suits everyone before diving into the contracting process.
