Im looking for an individual or a company that is currently working on VRBO/Homeaway platform to add my homes located in the Poconos pennsilvania USA area
The compensation will be 10% of gross income
The responsobilty will be :
1. Listing the 4 homes I have on Vrbo / airbnb / tripadvisor / etc.. ( homes must be listed individualy not to influence performance of one another or as part of a group of 20 or more individual well performing homes)
2. Getting the reservation at desired prices by taking to groups interested in reserving the homes
3. Updating price schedules
4. Arranging cleaning / inspections / maintanance
5. Sending the Property owner reports
Owner of the Previous company I used is retiring and is no longer able to service my homes
Average gross for the past 3 years is $200,000 - $350,000 USD depending on homes in Service and company performance. Commision will be 10% of all rentals processed through Vrbo / homeaway / airbnb / tripadvisor
Only bid if you are a pro in the field and you will be able to list the properties for rent on my companies behalf, i have 4 more homes i can add within a year if performance meets or exceeds expectation , virtually doubling or trippling the business and it can grow exponentially as long as performance goals are met
Additional bonuses will be paid based on performance
