Get me web design leads - 15% commission

I am a web designer based in California. I create websites and online stores for businesses all over USA.

I need more projects though! I have a steady stream from CA, but I want more.

I need a freelancer to find me more projects. I am willing to pay 15% of the total sale. The minimum sale would need to be $400 USD and above (excluding the Freelancer fee if there is one). Typically businesses that need a new website from scratch, or an online store are my prime customer.

You can bid through Freelancer, find leads on craigslist, etc. Anyway you like. Once the sale is closed, I will pay you 15% for every project you bring to me.

Please include in your bid your experience at generating web design leads and sales, also with a brief description on how you will generate the leads.
