I have a webpage (a single page) designed in Photoshop that I need converted into a functional webpage. I would like the freelancer who takes on this project to label the layers in the file to make it compatible with any Photoshop plugin that generates HTML/CSS. So the deliverable is a Photoshop document that in conjunction with a plugin can be used to generate the web page. This is important for me because if I modify the PSD source, I want to be able to regenerate the page.
