I have a 3D arhitectural scene (.fbx) and I need to export it as a first person version for web - HTML5, WebGL. The user can walk through, and see all apartments on the floor.

As an example you can watch - ESPILIT by Michel Rousse on [login to view URL]

The scene we manage to make it in Unreal 5 and can also be made in Unity 3D, but we have problems with the export for web.

I need a high quality of texture and materials.
