Witch mascot for android app

For individual freelancers only.

I need a mascot for android app. A witch, not scary/old one, but rather cool young-to-middle-aged female wizard, drawing a spell in the air with her magic wand (with spell visible as sparkling trace after the wand). I figure it has to be cartoonish, but am not sure about style/genre, I imagine if you are an artist who's into this kind of stuff you'll know this better than me and hope you will enjoy working on this one. If you are the one - please bid / pm your thoughts/ideas. I guess the intended use (as mobile app icon) implied by the fact it is for mobile app (i.e. look nice in rather small dimensions), but, again, you know such things better than me
