We are the holding company of multiple businesses - these businesses all have started website projects but have been unable to complete them due to internal work and project pressure. We want to place the completion phase of these projects in the hands of a trusted freelancer who will ensure that the projects are completed on time and are launched in the coming weeks. Their is a tight timeframe and the freelancer must have both coding and design skills and be able to focus on getting the job done.

Basic requirements are:

1. Adapt existing PSD designs to WP themes

2. Implement page layouts

3. Input content and manage stakeholders to provide content

4. Provide design and CSS skills where needed to move the project to completion

5. Ensure the quality of design and content is reflected in the finished and tested product
