Graphic artist needed to create t-shirt design

I'm starting up a t-shirt biz for kids and I am searching for a creative graphic designer who can create attractive figures (animals, creatures, kids,...) for childeren. This can also be part of a bigger family of the same sort of characters.

You know the key words for what is attractive for parents (especially we "mothers) and childeren. Cute, Nice, sweet, adorable and yet cool (not easy)

Please send me samples of your previous design work so I can get a general Idea of your design abilities or just see if we match in what we like and understand for the project what is attractive for childeren.

For the use of colors I like to choose vivid colors, bright colors which give a nice contrast and some of the standard used colors I will use to offer a clothingpart that matches the colours.

Please post your bids. I need this completed in 3 days. Do not bid if you can't do it and don't bid if you don't send any samples/portfolio of your previous work otherwise I will not count you in.
