I need a new website from my existing website ([login to view URL]) which can do the following:-

1) Where I can add customized Pages (For specific advertising), allowing me to highlight things like slugs, youtube vids, URL and Keyword enhancements (Similar to wordpress)

2) Where people can buy items from me direct (Via the website) like contracts, applications etc etc

3) Where Lawyers can join online, create a profile (which I would then approve) and can start getting work

4) Where users can come and submit their cases, and where the verified lawyers can bid on their work

5) Messages and bids should be able to be monitored by admin

I insist that anyone who creates the website should contact me first, bid, and show a portfolio of their recently done work.

Designer should be able to upload and download the work as and when its complete
