Digital Materials for a Training Platform

We need some items for our upcoming training pilots. The items include a number of fillable sheets all linked together through design to support the training we will be offering which is to help a person learn to play their first game of Dungeon's and Dragons. The items include
1 - Custom Character Sheet: Looking to have a 3 page character sheet made for dungeons and dragons. The sheet should have the same information that the official ones have ([login to view URL]) but be restructured with ease of use in mind. The specific changes we would like made are:
• Move Personality Traits, Ideals, Bonds, and Flaws to the character detail page (pg 2)
• Have the six core stats run horizontally underneath the to banner of the main page, add a place in each box to mark saving throw proficiency, group relevant skills beneath each stat
• Drop Passive Perception from the sheet
• Add Inspiration and Proficiency Bonus to top information banner
• Move Equipment to character detail page
• Add a / to the center of Hit point and hit die boxes (making them slightly larger), remove total/maximum lines
• Split Features and Traits into 5 large boxes, labeled Passive Abilities, Action, Bonus Action, Reaction, and Free Action
• Space Spell level boxes horizontally descending in value
We want to be able to laminate the sheet and have some marginals in a fantasy role playing theme. Include a spot for our official logo. PDF attached (PNG sent to final winner for final design).
This needs to be fillable. Include Character Sheet title in the design.
2 - A one page fillable pdf with fantasy design (linked to character sheet above) so we can write out the world and lore of a dungeon. We will add the text later. Include the Title in the Design "A Dungeon's Tale"
3 - A two page fillable document for the basic rules with fantasy design linked to previous elements. We will add the text later. Include First Time Adventurer's Handbook in the title design
4 - 8 one page fillable pre-generated character backstory sheets. We will write the backstory in after. The sheets should be for a Wizard, a Cleric, A Rogue, A Fighter, A Druid, a Ranger, A Barbarian, A sorcerer
5 - A one page combat cheat sheet - we will write in the text after
6 - A one page spellcasting cheat sheet - we will write in the text after
